RecommendedWe brought our dog in today because she picked up a bone on our morning walk.She could breathe, but she seemed to be choking. We called the clinic and they told us to come by right away. They have curbside service at the present time, and they got to us right away. They gently led our suffering, frightened dog inside and thankfully found a big chunk of bone lodged where it was thoroughly stuck but they could get it out. We were very happy with the prompt help and the clarity of the followup care instructions.
Guys, I'm sorry about this, I know covid is making everything harder, but having me wait for an hour and a half inside my car with my cat just to take him in, is ridiculous. He was already panting and super antsy, I tried calling the office and they put me on hold for over 30 mins, I hung up and called again, someone else picked up apologizing because their phones "are acting weird". RecommendedOur family had to make the difficult choice to euthanize our sweet girl, Roux. Dr. Hubertus went out of her way to come to our home on a Sunday evening in order to make this horrible experience alittle easier for us. We stayed by our sweet girls side during the process, Dr. Hubertus’s calming voice really helped us manage our emotions. They helped him cross the bridge two weeks ago, outside the office in the sun and with a cool breeze and in my lap. RecommendedWe had an emergency scare with our Golden Jax this week. We have a home here on the island, but live in Austin. We decided to stay put after spring break and school closures to not perpetuate the virus situation. The Animal Clinic was extremely flexible, compassionate and understanding that we needed to have our boy checked for a common cancer in Goldens.
