My experience with ACES was unnecessarily difficult and disappointing. The course materials were outdated and often malfunctioned. Videos frequently had low or no sound, and PowerPoints from Dr. Bill Ormston and Dr. Amy Hayek were dated 2003 and 2013. On 7/9/2025, I emailed Dr. Amy with a video showing the audio cutting in and out and asked about a refund. She stated that all courses would be updated in mid-to-late August. On 7/20/2025, I reported more video issues, but the suggested troubleshooting steps were time-consuming... read more

I recently had the privelege of hearing Dr. Bill speak at a conference in San Antonio. He covered Animal Chiropractic, which I knew little about. Wow! What a great talk. He had my attention for 2 solid hours. The emphasis was on the value of the ADJUSTMENT! Thank You Dr. Bill for your time with us. And...I drove my dog two hours recently for an adjustment and she's doing great!
