I recently had the privelege of hearing Dr. Bill speak at a conference in San Antonio. He covered Animal Chiropractic, which I knew little about. Wow! What a great talk. He had my attention for 2 solid hours. The emphasis was on the value of the ADJUSTMENT! Thank You Dr. Bill for your time with us. And...I drove my dog two hours recently for an adjustment and she's doing great!
My experience with ACES was unnecessarily difficult and disappointing. The course materials were outdated and often malfunctioned. Videos frequently had low or no sound, and PowerPoints from Dr. Bill Ormston and Dr. Amy Hayek were dated 2003 and 2013. On 7/9/2025, I emailed Dr. Amy with a video showing the audio cutting in and out and asked about a refund. She stated that all courses would be updated in mid-to-late August. Awesome place! I have been bringing my dogs here for over 4.5 yrs and love the care they get, and the education they give to their students.
I have had a great experience with Animal Chiropractic Education Source. The program is very hands-on, which made a huge difference in building confidence and actually applying what you learn. They do an excellent job teaching not only how to properly assess and adjust animals, but also covering the business side of things which is something that’s often overlooked. I left feeling well-prepared, supported, and truly set up for success in practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into animal chiropractic!
