We love them. Their caring and understanding and very helpful. They know how you feel about your pet because most of them have their own. When my cat Felix was injured, I thought he was dying, they got me in right away. I very upset didn’t know what was going to happen. They were sympathetic. Now he’s a happy cat
Dr Palmer is the BEST!! He is so kind and compassionate. You can tell he really cares about your pets. He always takes the time to listen to your concerns or questions. The staff is all kind and friendly.
