Dr. Ana and her staff have been caring for my 2 senior pugs dental care needs and have truly gone above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this practice, the genuine love of animals is so apparent I was moved too tears the first visit. I felt like I was “home” and my puggies would get the same care id give them if I had those skills 😂. It takes 3-4 days to get a straight answer and my concerns are often ignored until they rule everything else out (spending a lot of our money) and realize I knew what I was talking about. We start this process over every time even though the result is always the same. The vets are amazing once you get to them, but wading through the staff and their inability to remember our last conversation becomes VERY time consuming. First time visit for my liter of doberman pups to have tail docks and declaw removal and I have to say I will continue to drive down from Broomfield for my dogs to be seen here! a wonderful doc and friendly staff! Staff is always amazing!! They are very attentive to my pups’ special needs and behavior issues. They never look poor on me for my dogs’ issues, like many places do, yet try to find the best way to help my pups and I remain calm and successful. I drive from an hour away, just for their knowledge, support, and care for my pups’ needs!!
