My dog was injured on his neck after a visit here!!! They are denying the whole thing and will not take responsibility. The fact that they are covering it up makes it worse. Just admit you hurt my dog and we can move on. You will see me tmrw!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I brought my dog in to have a bump on his nose examined. During the visit, he was taken to the back to have his temperature taken. At our first visit a couple of weeks earlier for vaccines, I was told that no procedures would be performed without me present, with the exception of taking his temperature if needed. We can’t recommend Dr Choi enough. She has been an absolute treat to all of our fur babies, I wish we would’ve found her practice much sooner. She is personable, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. The feeling is mutual for all of her staff. Our pets aren’t just another chart, she takes the time to familiarize herself with their medical needs and picks up right where you left off wether it’s a 2 week follow up or a 6 month follow up, etc. We’re eternally grateful for the compassionate care she has provided our little love bugs w... read more
