RecommendedDr Kristi was very caring & nice to my dog, Mulligan. I was very appreciative of the whole staff for wearing masks to protect themselves & visitors during Covid 19. Dr Adam and staff are very friendly explain everything and make you feel welcome and even though there are other clients they do not rush you in and out. Very caring about you and your pet . Dr Adam was our first vet 14 years ago . Dr Adam and staff at Randall Pointe and the Algonquin location are the Best. We will continue to use Animal Care Clinic because of them and we have referred several people to them. Thank You Dr Adam for making Oliver "Bionic"
Very friendly staff! They were informative and helpful when it came to my kitty and his behavioral issues. I had to board him there for 10 days and was very sad about it but they made the transition easier because I knew he would be in good hands!
This is the only place we've taken our little guy, from first check up at 8 weeks to his current 8 years. They are ALWAYS professional, accommodating, and kind and they know him by name as soon as we walk in. He not only gets his regular vet check ups here, but also gets groomed every 3 +/- months. All the groomers we've had are great, but he has a little puppy crush on Selva. 15 out of 10 paws up!
Dr. Adam checked on my senior Great Pyrenees, when we had her in for grooming. She has a hard time standing.. he gave us hope that she can recover the use of her back legs, with medication which should be of help to her. We were so grateful he took the time to check her <3 Our groomer Sylva, gave our girl plenty of breaks while she groomed our other (2) dogs... we so appreciate all the care she took with our senior <3 Thank you so much!
It’s been just over one year since Dr.Adam did a TTA procedure on both of my Great Dane, Emersons legs. I could not be more impressed. He is able to run, jump, play, climb up steps his own height even. I will never be able to thank this clinic enough for giving me the opportunity to have my dog live his best life. The procedure was done beautifully and the price point was extremely reasonable, especially for my 150lbs dog. Thank you once again!
Brought my dog here as an emergency after our regular clinic wasn't able to see us. They got us in for an appointment right away. Even though they are only operating curbside right now they were super fast and both the technician and doctor communicated the plan very well. Follow up questions via email were answered incredibly fast. Very happy with my experience! Rae says thanks!
I can’t speak highly enough about Animal Care Clinic and their incredible staff! We had an emergency with our sweet pup and they went above and beyond our expectations and it was very clear how much they cared for our furry family member. Highly recommend !
