I can't even begin to say Thank You enough for helping us out! We had a awful experience at an emergency vet clinic in Ft Wayne and I was in need of help and advice. They not only called and requested my dogs information be transferred but I honestly believe their phone call was the reason we can finally bring our dog home today! Not only that but they also updated the vet on call this weekend just in case we will need additional care! I am so grateful for their concern and compassion and not just focusing on money. 5 stars. They have always treated our pets and us with the upmost respect no matter when we call. Staff is so caring and helpful.
We called for our elderly dane with bloat, EMERGENCY situation but were told wait over 2 hours to bring him in. When questioned was told call elsewhere and she hung up! Desk jockeys are to rude to ever find out about the actual vet. North of town treated us professionally and gracefully from the sec we called until we left building with our deceased pet. Oh and they cost 2/3 of the price not that we cared with what was happening...NEVER calling this place again!!!
They do not show any care in letting you know when your animal needs updates on shots, heart worm, etc. We heard very good things about this clinic and I am very disappointed that I took my puppy there and we have gotten crappy service since we've been going for the past 5 months. We were never told about the heart worm medicine that she was given was supposed to be monthly. So now we have a puppy that hasn't been covered for 5 months. And we did not receive the care and affection that our pup deserved after getting spayed. ... read more
We have been bringing our fur babies here for 20 years, the staff and Doctors are absolutely amazing!

The staff at this clinic is beyond 5 stars. Ever since I have moved to Auburn, they have been the caregivers for footed family members. We are blessed to have them here.
