I disagree. I've had 2 bad experiences here. One being today. Told I could drop off my dog between 7:30 and 8. No one showed up until 7:45 and she was short and rude with no apology. It was 8:15 before she was brought back. Another pet owner came in and she was a different person so nice to him?? I said nothing so there was no reason for the less than friendly treatment. I left a message today to check on my dog inquiring about her surgery and i would like to talk with someone...NOTHING!! I will not be back!
Truly excellent vet staff who are passionate about helping animals!! Can't say enough good things about this clinic! If you're looking for a compassionate, professional vet, look no further! Dr. Ellis and the staff here are AMAZING people. Every single person cares about each animal brought in and it truly shows. I have brought my fur babies here for years and will never go anywhere else. Thanks for everything you do ACC!
I had the honor of doing my summer externship at this wonderful clinic. The care, compassion, love and the capable staff that call ACC home are AMAZING! The veterinarians and staff always went above and beyond for the care of their patients. They always took the time to explain and inform their patients owners of what was going on with their beloved furbabies. The fact that they work with rescues has truly impressed me also. I wish I could give a 100 star review to them!
Absolutely the most caring and amazing staff. They truly love animals and always make you feel appreciated and welcome. Highly reccomend
