Personnel at front office are helpful and attentive. My dog and I love seeing Dr. Madsen and Dr. Panther. They give excellent care. My dog had surgery performed by Dr. Panter in July 2024, and I was kept informed how he was doing. The after care instructions were clearly explained and also written. My experience was fantastic. You can tell the vets and vet techs care about the animals they care for. They also are confident and help you understand what is going on with your baby.
I’m very grateful for all the staff who jumped to help our Baylee after her spay incision tore open. They were kind, caring, and so fast acting during our emergency visit. What could have ended so tragically, was only temporarily traumatic. Thanks so much you guys! We will be seeing you again soon, under better circumstances.
