Dr. Panter has been an honest God send. I have 3 dogs and that can get expensive, but he is always looking for ways to help me find empowering and affordable solutions. He always takes his time and goes the extra mile.. I forgot my wallet and the front desk was humorous and patient with me. When I got back with it, I asked him about something I had forgotten, and the he came out to my car to inspect my girl 30 minutes before closing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Care! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this veterinary office! After taking my cat to multiple veterinarians and appointments, trying to explain that something was wrong with his breathing and that I believed he had asthma, I felt like nobody was actually listening to me. I even had videos showing exactly what was happening, and it was so frustrating feeling like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. I know my cat, and I knew something wasn't right. I don't have friends, but if I did and I like them then of course, I would highly recommend. First place to name.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Animal Care Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Madsen. Our first visit was an emergency with our 4-month-old miniature dachshund, who had an obstruction and needed emergency surgery. They were able to squeeze us in, take care of him quickly, and gave us so much compassion and reassurance during a very scary situation.
