MORE CONCERNED WITH MY DOG THAN MONEY! My dog, Max, broke his nail close to the base on Saturday. I had to find a vet first thing Monday, as his regular vet retired in December. Between being on disability and having to still pay my property taxes late, this was the last thing I could afford. I told them I only had $100 to cover the office visit and maybe clipping his nail. Dr Porter and staff are fabulous. Brought my cats, one is 21 years old and a 9 year old. Normally trips to the vet are beyond stressful and they sleep the rest of the day. Today they are both up and about, enjoying life. Very busy office. This was our first visit as we just moved here. We will definitely continue with them.

Dr Porter is a competent, caring vet. I bring my Maltese to him and could not be happier.
I am so dissapointed, I love Dr.Porter however I just called to see when I could get my dog in for what seems might be an emergency from her behavior. No availability till next week which I can understand as it is season but was also informed that there would be an additional $20 walk in fee and it was stated with quite a bit of attitude. I am a full time resident so my dogs see Dr. Porter year round and actually were just in for their anual exam and vaccinations.
