COMMUNICATION WITH THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IN SCHEDULING AND PROVIDENG PAPERWORK WAS CHALLENGING. I ASKED FOR MY PET TO BE CHIPPED WHEN SPAYED. THIS WAS NOT DONE AND ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF POOR COMMUNICATION. I DID NOT MEET THE VET. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE AS IT WAS FRUSTRATING FROM BEGINNING TO END. I WILL DO FOLLOWUP ON MY PET AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
