My vet Dr Ciou and the other veterinarians who take care of my cats are such great people who listen to my concerns and guide me in the right direction for care. They always show they care about my cat’s wellbeing. The front desk employees are also really kind and knowledgeable. The office itself is always very clean and very comfortable. Clean facility, kind and honest staff, smart vets. First-time visit - I took our senior cat in for a bandage change a week after an accident where she had multiple fractures. Staff discovered a tear in her skin and gave her antibiotics and stitches. The procedure, cost, and after-care were very clearly communicated to us. Had my 3 year old daughter with..staff and space were very warm w.books, stickers.
Excellent Combined the Vet & Cat Grooming all in one visit. On site staff to sedate anxious kitty while being groomed which is very much appreciated. We travel from Chicago to use this excellent facility. Thank you
