So a 30lb bag of dog food was dropped on Jack my 4 pound kitten, he started breathing heavily, watering from his mouth and began popping uncontrollably. We rushed him to Aminal Care Center the doctor said he had bruised lungs and gave him medicine so hopefully in a couple of days he will be alright and himself again. We were treated so kindly and our fur baby was given immediate care. We adore the doctors and the staff. The treatment and care we have received ..... For the 5 years they have been our vets.....has never been less than stellar. Not only is the visit pleasant for us, but the animals enjoy the visit also.
I was a very worried pet parent when I thought my dog may have had worms. Dr. Bowers told me what to look for and explained about the various types. Thankfully, it turned out to be something much less serious. I always appreciate when a vet listens to my questions, isn't judgmental and doesn't treat me like I'm being ridiculous- even if I am. I feel very safe with my animals there.
The staff is wonderful and caring. The techs were gentle with my pets. The Vets took plenty of time to answer my questions.
Started out good, but after the yelping of 1 of my pups, and not being able to be with them. I have never not been with them when they have shots. And then, having tests done on them, which where not requested, the attitude of the doctor was very shocking and not professional. Before I had a chance to tell them I would not be back, the doctor told me not to come back. Test were done, after I told them they had been done by another Vet.
