The doctor and staff are amazing, and caring. I just had to do the hardest thing of my life with my sweet Annabelle. I couldn't say it at the time (due to the tears and hurt) but they made everything comfortable for us and for Annabelle. They treated Annabelle with dignity and respect. She was my best friend for 9 years. I wouldn't have wanted any other team to help her get to the rainbow bridge. One day we will get to meet again. �
Dr. Morris was willing to try alternative treatments for our cat after a previous treatment center seemed to just want to take our money. She and her staff were honest, caring, and pleasant at a not-so-pleasant time for my family and our pet. And, the staff has been wonderful with follow-up, from calling to check up on the patient, to finding the perfect food for her diet. I highly recommend Dr. Morris and the staff at The Animal Care Center at Granville. ��
We followed Dr. Morris from her former practice in Danville, OH to Granville. The trip there is long, and we are often late, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Morris has helped us through the trials of being owners of Cavalier King Charles spaniels. Their genetic problems are many, and she has responded in creative, expert, and thoughtful ways. What a wonderful place to take your pet. Dr. Morris and her entire staff are wonderful! They took such good care of our dog, up to the very end. I wouldn't take a pet anywhere else!
I've never found a vet or staff more caring than at this facility. I recently was faced w/the decision of having to send one of the many strays I care for, across the Rainbow Bridge. Kudos to Brittany especially, for helping me through a very difficult time. In addition, my 20-year-old Kirby and 18-year old Lilly, also crossed over under their watchful eyes.
