RecommendedWonderful place! Excellent bedside manner! My Frenchie is generally not very good around strangers, but she did quite well with everyone at Animal Care Center. The Vet Techs, along with Dr. Miller made us both feel very comfortable. The exam was thorough, gentle, and informative. These folks are dedicated to their work, and it truly shows in every aspect of their job!
asked them to clip my dogs nails when I had him in there for a vaccine appointment.. they ended up hurting him by ripping a nail half way out and didnt even clip any nails. I noticed before leaving that we has bleeding and uncomfortable so I mentioned it to them they said he was fine and didnt need anything for it. the next day he was in pain so I took him to another vet to have it checked out. sent them the bill for a reimbursement for their wrong doing.. they didnt even pay 1/2 of it saying it wasnt necessary to have taken... read more
I just want to thank Dr. Remsen and the incredible staff at Animal Care Center my little Japanese chin had to be rushed in yesterday with a injury to her eye. She had surgery to remove her eye and is recovering quickly.
The staff at the clinic is awesome!! Never had any issues with them!!
Just took my cat Cowboy to Animal Care Center, and I’m very happy with my visit. The veterinarians were friendly, and gentle with Cow. You could tell they really care about animals. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for being a trustworthy and honest clinic. Thank you!

Dr. Remsen and staff are awesome. The staff are all knowledgeable. They get to know you and your pet. I highly recommend their office. I feel very good having them take care of Anuk.
