I love this clinic. More importantly, my fur babies love this clinic.
Began taking our dog and two cats to Animal Care Center about 3 yrs ago we were new to Prattville. We needed a vet for our one dog and two cats. Our 11 yr old cat had to be put down last year. The doctor and staff were so great with us and helped us thru the whole process . Since then we have gotten two more cats. Now we are up to 3 cats and one dog. We only come here for all their needs. Recommend them highly. 5 stars.
We have been very impressed with the care that our puppy Daisy has received from this facility. Great Doc and great staff! You are all very professional and caring individuals . Thanks for taking good care of Daisy on her sick and well visits. She is alive thanks to you❤️
I've always found the staff to be friendly and professional.
We have a very large family, 3 humans and 4 Irish Jack Russell Terriers. We switched to Animal Care Center almost a year ago and we do not regret the decision. They give each of our kids the same level of respect and care that they give to us. They are always there to answer questions. They make us feel as if they are part of something special simply because we allow them to care for our family. Not horrible but not super great either Not very friendly staff :( plus they always put a muzzle on our big dog even though I very very seriously doubt he would ever bite anyone ... I understand he's part pit & it just a precaution but I prefer the ark in millbrook they are super friendly & he doesn't have to wear the muzzle :) win win situation for both of us !!
