Very poor service. First they put me in a room with my cat and completely forgot about me. I kept my cat calm for 45 minutes or more before I put her in her kennel and went out to remind them. Then after the exam they forgot us again. They said they'd contact me later that day or the next and never did. I waited a week and called back and they did not know a thing. Extremely disappointed by staff... I had been warned about bringing my dog there however I was in the bind and just got into the habit of taking her to the clinic... Ever since new office manager the place has become extremely disorganized stop is unfriendly and I'm not allowed to go back with my dog I have to pick up and drop off at the door and speak to the vet by phone... Wishing I would have heated the warnings

Great Vet, incompetent staff... we are never going back While the vet, Phillip Brown, was very nice our family pets will not return to the Animal Care Center. When our puppy went in to be spayed, we were quoted $97 for the procedure, $18 for the inhaled anestetic, $18 for the $18 for her booster shots. We had two $30 vouchers from KADI, and expected the bill to be around $91. When we went to pick her up we were informed that we had to pay an additional $38 for antibiotics and $20 for pain meds.
