Price Gougers Extraordinaire This place is an absolute rip-off. They will do anything to rip people off to pay for that new fancy roof they've got with the copper trim and that means sneaking in extra lab work and "issues" that they go out of their way to pad your bill with. I was quoted in person as $1,000 to $1,300 to have a tooth pulled for my dog, which is ridiculous enough, but by the time they added all sorts of "lab work" that wasn't discussed by the doctor at all when I met with her, they wanted to charge me $1,993.0... read more
RecommendedI appreciate that the vet actually talks to you directly and not through the technician and they have been very reasonable compared to vca and got my fur baby in for treatment quickly. My dog today wanted to hang out with the technician after getting shots rather than get in the car lol! Everyone there is so friendly and seems to truly love the animals and their jobs.

I recommend everything there. My dog was examined, received her shot, test and was found to be Heartworm positive. She was rehomed. Cindy just finished her Heartworm treatment yesterday. She’s been under Hannah Bigelow,DVM’s care since February. I can’t say enough about Dr Hannah and the entire staff!!! Everyone we’ve had contact with has been awesome!! To both myself and Cindy. Their care, compassion, efficiency, and follow up has been unbelievable.
We have lived in Green Valley for 14 years and gone to the animal care center the entire time. We came with a large black rescue that got Cushings Disease and finally we agreed that she be put to sleep which they did. WE now have two golden retrievers one 9 and one 5. They have their health needs taken care of there. We buy our food and meds there. They have gone to doggy playtime when they were doing that as well as attended some classes there. The staff and the veterinarians are all wonderful people who work their hearts out caring for our pets. Especially in this time of crisis, that's very critical to my wife and I but moreso to the love of our lives, little Nobu, who goes here not only for daycare but for his veterinary needs. You can guess which one he likes best, but they are both necessary to his well being. :-)
The Animal Care Center always treats our animals with loving care and consideration. All of the people we see from the desk to the vets are considerate of the people and wonderful to the animals.
Dr. Humphrey always addresses our concerns & answers our questions completely. She never rushes us & makes sure we understand what she has told us. She gives us options & explains each so we can make an informed decision on Jake's care. I would certainly recommend Animal Care Center of Green Valley and Dr. Humphrey!
Great staff, very friendly. So happy we found the Center for our Bichon Rose. Dr. Bigelow is awesome!
