The staff at the Craycroft location are very caring and friendly. I will definitely be taking my kitty back there for her next wellness checkup.
A small measure of comfort & hope. Dr. Groves has no idea how to administer these. I cry all the way home everytime she sees my 7 years old Carolina Dog. It's as if she has given up on her already. No plan for possible recovery or better health, only condemnation and more expensive medications, that according to Dr. Groves, "will harm her organs even further" I am always left with a 'why bother' state of mind. Praying for my dog, hoping I can find someone who will actually want to make a plan to help her.
Sray as far away from these ABC places.Two really bad experiences,seemed to be lack of knowledge most of all.Never again will any pet of mine or myself will never enter there doors again.
