My dog Zoey gets excellent care at ABC Pet Clinic. Dr Groves is personable, easy to talk with and keeps up with new treatments.
Every time I come in Dr. Groves is very efficient in taking care of my baby Nelliey she's amazing I never have any complaints. Christina is the office clerk at the front desk every time I arrive she is very pleasant and helpful. She greets me as soon as I walk in and always helps me with scheduling. Jasmine is very polite and efficient at the front desk as well as Eric. They are very pleasant and make you wanna come back. Friendly caring staff and clean inviting office. They were great with my dog Axel and have fair prices. This will be the only vet I take my dog to.
They gave me an appointment time of 9:30 and when I arrived they said it was at 9:00 and couldn't see me. They claimed they called and texted, I pulled up my calls and texts and NOTHING from them, proved it too. They were rude and had zero customer service. Despite their rude demeanor I was nice and respectful because I can always go to another clinic. Choose somewhere else these people hate their jobs and do NOT give proper information.
