Love Animal Artistry! Been coming here for several years...Joan & her staff are the Best! My 4 lb Maltese Wrigley alway looks amazing when I pick him up!
We have been coming to see Joan at Animal Artistry for many years. Started with her when she was still at Piper Glen Animal Hospital. Our dogs Sally and Charlie love coming here and ALWAYS look beautiful when we pick them up. I would recommend Animal Artistry to anyone looking for a kind, cage free, and loving environment for their pets grooming experience!
I took my dog in once before after hearing all the great reviews about Joan, the owner. She did a good job the first time I took my Bishon in. Then the second time someone else groomed her. She was out side smoking when I walked up with my dog at my appointment time and was very rude! When I got home I saw a cut on her stomach! So I called back up there right away and got the girl who groomed her, who was VERY rude when I explained there was a cut on my dog. The owner and groomers at Animal Artistry truly love and understand dogs. It's a cage free environment so as soon as they are done they get to play with the other visitors. My dog always leaves looking beautiful and happy. I highly recommend Animal Artistry.
I have two cats and a dog, and have never had a less than great experience with Joan and her staff. My dog is not great around other dogs, but Joan has never had a problem with her - she really knows how to handle animals! When we vacationed and had our dog in the kennel, I picked her up only to find out her nails had not been trimmed because they said she was hard to handle and tried to bite them, Joan trims her nails and cleans her ears everytime with no problem. When I picked up my pet she looked adorable. I took her home and walked her and noticed her hair was not smooth. I picked her up and went home and brushed her. I was shocked to find that you could see where different blades had been used. Her hair was not smooth at all! Her legs had not been trimmed...........at all. Her ears and face were perfect but the body work was a joke! After reading the other reviews there is absolutely NO doubt that Joan did not groom my dog.
