I had been recommended to go here because I was trying to see about getting medication for ADHD, as I had not been medicated for it since being diagnosed as a child. When I read the reviews I was pretty nervous, since most people were saying he claimed ADHD wasn’t real? He did not do that, he asked me about how I was functioning, listened to my concerns, and took notes on what I was saying, and inquired about my general history and said he would set me up with an appointment with a psychologist for an ADHD screening just to ... read more
I would give negative stars if it were possible. I have never been more frustrated with a doctor In my entire life. Dr. Parekh did not help me what so ever. His idea of care is to over medicate patients and when I addressed my concerns he was nothing but rude. I also asked questions, as you do in a caregivers office, and he did not answer them. Instead he brushed them off. I would NOT recommend Dr. Parekh.
I wish I was able to give a negative star review. I saw Dr. Parekh yesterday (11/13/2023) and I’m still regretting my appointment today! Dr. Parekh listened to what I had to say and some how decided to put in my medical records that I am a cocaine dependent (in remission) he gathered that from me telling him I had a problem when I was 16, I’m mow 42. Don't let bad reviews scare u he is very knowledgeable and he listens to u if u don't like what medication is doing or how its making you feel he ll listen to you adjust it or change it I randomly developed a horrible panic disorder and he s been treating me bout 8 months and I feel like I'm on the right track
Like the rest if i could give zero stars i would. The language barrier is bad he doesnt even understand when u talk to him! Lies about medical records and the entire IRMC is a JOKE and needs top down reconstruction!! thankn GOD im out of there I was his patient a little over two years and he literally made me worse then ever before!!
