The staff is always very friendly. I normally get right in and out. Everything goes very smoothly. I appreciate the advance reminders of appointments and the ability to check-in online.
I broke my collarbone pretty badly after a car pulled in front of me on my bike. I was referred to Dr. Koganti by the ER I visited and it turned out I needed surgery to repair it. I have never had surgery before so I was very nervous but Dr. Koganti explained the procedure to me and I felt confident about it. The day of the surgery I was a wreck and I was so scared, but when Dr. Koganti came to speak with me before the surgery he put me at ease and I wasn't scared anymore.
