I’ve know Dr. Dutta for years all the way back to active duty in O’ahu. He’s an amazing surgeon with an absolute love for his patients. Yes you will wait but trust me, he’s one of the best shoulder surgeons will ever have. Compassionate, intelligent and skilled.
This Dr is a inconsistent and unclear provider; who drags things on collecting insurance money or carelink money. his staff is also incompetent. I do not recommend this provider at all. unless you want inconsistent care to be treated like a number. his staff also stinks! if you need an orthopedic provider. this is the guy to avoid hes not as great as these ratings paint him to be.
Probably a very good surgeon, but post surgery not responsive. We have had trouble contacting them. We are 4 weeks post surgery and are having trouble getting pain medications, and get no call backs from their office. They do not answer their phones. They have never contacted us to see how we are doing.
Dr. Dutta is without a doubt the most attentive/solution focused surgeons I have been treated by. Always willing to answer questions in a timely manner while consistently prioritizing my treatment as well as questions/concerns throughout the recovery process. I'm incredibly grateful he was willing to do my bicep tendon repair surgery.
