I contacted this company at least over 2 years ago to get help for my mom it took forever to get a response from them. When they did finally get back the lady i talked to said her partner had been in a crisis & once he gets back they will call us to set up a meeting. They kept us hanging on for another 6 months we called them back saying our mom was in desperate need for assistance again we were told that they will call us back & about a month later we did get a call to set up a meeting with the lady she then cancelled on us... read more
