Tengo 4 años visitando a Ani y es excelente profesional, le dedica tiempo a sus pacientes, se preocupa porque estés recibiendo la ayuda que necesitas, te da seguimiento y mantiene el hilo de tu caso aunque dures un año sin verla. Siempre estaré súper agradecida de Ani.
Ani es excelente, tiene vocación de servicio y se preocupa mucho por sus pacientes, pero tiene una recepcionista o secretaria con muy poca empatía hacia los pacientes, he llamado tres veces para diferentes servicios y ella sin consultar con la doctora toma decisiones propias, y no te resuelve el problema, a mi me ha negado hasta ver la doctora porque ella entiende que no es necesario, y otras cosas más, estoy buscando otro doctor solo por el mal servicio de esa persona que contesta el teléfono.
I paid $80 (for a 5-minute appointment), and it was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Ani is wonderful,she takes time to explain everything and really cares ,not like other doctors who rush you abd prescribe you tons of medications. Im so glad she's my pcp.
