I appreciate Dr. Tran’s “realness”. He takes the time to connect with his patient, listen to his/her concerns, and provide top-notch service.
He seems apathetic/somewhat lazy and unpassionate about practicing medicine. I know this has led to a family member of mine being misdiagnosed by him. My brother was dismissed and told everything is "okay" by Dr. Tran only to end up in the ER hours later.
No appointments available for new patients, even as a sick visit until 4 months out.
Very thorough and attentive. Explains everything in a way that makes sense.
