I appreciate Dr. Tran’s “realness”. He takes the time to connect with his patient, listen to his/her concerns, and provide top-notch service.
He seems apathetic/somewhat lazy and unpassionate about practicing medicine. I know this has led to a family member of mine being misdiagnosed by him. My brother was dismissed and told everything is "okay" by Dr. Tran only to end up in the ER hours later.
