All I can say is holy slow!!! Appointments do not matter here obviously. You are gonna be late unless you arrive several hours early. They had the check in line all the way out to the main road when I arrived. I had to turn around to get in line once I realized it was their line. I went around the block and the line had not yet moved. Just poor time management in the warehouse obviously. Waste of truckers time.
Terrible experience at this warehouse. I waited 3 hours just to check in, and then another 3 hours for loading. They only check in one truck every 15 minutes, which creates a ridiculous line and causes unnecessary delays. Drivers’ time is valuable. Waiting 6 hours for a load is completely unacceptable. The warehouse seriously needs to improve its check-in and loading process. I would not recommend this place to other drivers.
Long wait but I was early, was very surprised nice clean drivers lounge, bathrooms vending cantina coffee and water thermos fill ups ...wished every shipper/ receiver was this nice...
First time here delivery on a Sunday they don’t start receiving until 2 PM and Saturday. They stopped receiving at 2 PM. Also was able to park and wait in line until open one checked in was given a door right away restrooms available and driver lounge by door one get here early otherwise you’re stuck in a long line checking in.
