This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Poor quality construction, every two weeks there’s a major issue from major flooding in the building and units, appliance not working and utilities being out—heat to internet. They do not in comply with the landlord tenant agreement regarding repairs, repairs will take 2-4 weeks, even if it’s your heat during December. Absolutely awful experience. Look up Blanton Turner before you rent. Save your self a very unpleasant and stressful living experience.
An odd and alienating acquaintance lives here, but the apartment seems nice.
Lived here for a year before I got my own place - in the modern building at the back and loved it. super efficient if you ever need anything, good value for money for the all up location in cap hill and so nice. I didnt have any issues with deposit at the end and my apt was pretty lived in given covid. The folks went out of their way to be helpful too when I did stupid things like go on holiday and leave my suitcase at home!
