I've really been pleased with Dr.Tran and her medical assistants. They get me into my appointment right on time and are even able to schedule online visits if requested for certain follow-ups. The things that I appreciated the most is that Dr. Tran LISTENS to me. If I have a plan or treatment that I'm interested in, she's open to discussing and exploring it if it's appropriate for my issue. Very poor experience. I was charged $400 for a visit that should've been covered.
I had a similar experience to most of the other reviewers. I was 9 minutes late due to traffic lights being out from the bomb cyclone. My appointment was for 11/21 (which I scheduled in july). When I checked in the receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled and would have to be rescheduled to April 2025. Horrendous experience.
DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Ahn Tran charged me $482 for a 45-minute visit when she barely spent 15 minutes with me. She didn’t even address all my concerns due to “time restrictions.”I went in for what I believed was a routine preventive skin screening and ended up being SCAMMED.
