We have had the Butterfly Ca steamed Seabass a few times in the past, both dine-in and takeout. We recently ordered takeout — the picture on the menu was the same as before. However, the fish was much smaller, not butterflied, and came with whole pieces of lettuce on the side with fried onions on top. We also asked if they had papaya salad. They said they would give us a better salad, but it was mostly carrots and very sweet. Extremely disappointing service. I stood at the entrance for a long time and no one acknowledged me. After finally being greeted, the staff member who was supposed to seat me just disappeared into the kitchen, leaving me standing there awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant with no idea what to do.
