My experience with Dr Vu was very good. But some receptionists need training. When a patient says " I appreciate your help" and the response is mmm. That is RUDE !
I have been a patient of Dr. Vu's for quite awhile. He explains everything. My heart functioning has gone from 25 % to 50 %.
My husband was having issues that concerned us it may have been heart issues. He went to Dr. Vu in January 2018, was tested by Cardiology Associates. No concerns or problem was brought to out attention by Dr. Vu. My husband died on May 4, 2018. The coroner reported that he had a 95 % blockage and severe coronary artery disease. How does a cardiologist miss that? Please always get a second opinion.
On my last visit I was put in a room in the back, and waited 1hour for the doctor. No explanation from staff. that is very unfair.
Dr. Vu cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain every thing and answers all questions. I trust his recommendations.
