If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in asking for something so simple and basic, something you truly cannot mess up. It was simply thinning out my hair and adding some layers to the front, ONLY to the front (face framing layers). Instead I got CHOPPY layers all over my hair AND she was trying to cut off more than the 2 inches I initially asked for.
