Best meat store/butcher shop in town! Their prices are a bit higher than others but trust me when I say the quality of meat is more than worth the price. And they will pack your meat in whatever amount you need and even vacuum seal it for you so less work when you get it home. They have the freshest Meats I've found in the area. I live in Ocala and drive an hour to get here. And they are beyond nice to their customers. Every time I go here they tell me "Anything you want to make you happy".
Very friendly proprietor. We felt like family the way he took care of us. We ordered two ribeye's and one porterhouse. They were more than delicious. They were incredible. We don't have a grill, so we broiled them. I always wait until they are room temp before broiling. Fork tender! Clean and well stocked meat market.
This guy knows his meats! And it's all locally sourced! We asked him for a beef brisket tip to smoke on our Ninja smoker. He brought out the most beautifully marbled piece of meat and cut it to size for us. We smoked it today and that brisket was juicy, extremely tender, and wonderfully flavorful.
