Worst exterminator business in the world. They don’t stop the problem and charge you monthly but only show up every 4 months and only if you call in advance. They claim they show up so infrequently because “their chemicals are so strong” but the problem still remains so they’re comfortable with lying non stop. Super expensive compared to others too and also when you cancel they still try to keep charging you so you have to badger them about stopping. Completely incompetent. Albert is the best. He went way beyond our expectations!!
Called about a snake removal in my home. Gave my information and was told I would be called back about a technician coming out. Never received a callback.
Will was here today and I must say he went above and beyond anything I expected. I previously had Albert who did an excellent job, But, I am hoping Will will be my new technician. He knows how to do the job right!!!!!
