Maintenence has been amazing. My unit at 1454 Rae Street had issues with the toilet and bath tub. They actually found a sock that had been flushed down the toilet out of all things. They came at night time and quickly. This place had problems with the kitchen sink water was coming up every time the tenants upstairs did dishes. Hot dish wish water with soap came up. House is not clean, fen is not clean, refrigerator button missing for Adjusting temperature, there is so many cockroach & bad bugs, shower not working properly! I didn't expect these kind of experience..!
