The staff are the most lovely and caring team ! And can never fault the manager of the store taylor!
I had a great experience with the staff here getting my watch resized. Although I had bought the watch somewhere else and arrived just before they closed, the staff were friendly and happy to help out. Although they needed a tool from another store, they had the watch ready the next day, were very apologetic for the delay, and didn't charge me for the service. Would happily recommend this store.
