I had a great experience with the staff here getting my watch resized. Although I had bought the watch somewhere else and arrived just before they closed, the staff were friendly and happy to help out. Although they needed a tool from another store, they had the watch ready the next day, were very apologetic for the delay, and didn't charge me for the service. Would happily recommend this store.
Taylor at Angus and Coote was great to deal with! Fantastic knowledge of the products she sells, wasn't pushy and made sure I got an engagement ring as amazing as the girl I'm marrying.
