Walked into the tuggeranong store today with a faulty fathers day gift i had bought from woden. When a lady at the checkout saw me approaching her she very obviously huffed, shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes (its was about 25 mins until closing). When I showed her the faulty watch I couldn't even finish my sentence of what was wrong with it before she rudly cut me off saying "we don't stock them". No offer of any other help or solution. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shruti at the tuggeranong store. She was so knowledgeable about all the beautiful pieces they have and could not of been more helpful and personable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she did everything to ensure I was completely happy with my purchases. She deserves a pay rise Angus and Coote….thankyou Shruti for all your help😀
My partner went here to buy a pair of pearl ear rings. The lady charged her for both the gold and white gold sets, then when told that she only wanted the white gold set before reciving the goods, the lady refused to refund the difference offering only a gift card as compensation for her misunderstanding or posibly intentional act. My recomendation is go to a business with integrity where you can have some trust in the vendor particularly with something like jewlery.
Very poor customer service experience. The canberra store centre is better in every aspect.
