I’ve been here a few times over the years and have always had a great experience. A standout for me was the store manager, Madina. She is so lovely! She is so helpful and happy to answer any questions I have. Unsure why this store has such negative reviews, I’ve honestly never had a single bad experience here. Thanks again Madina and team!
My experience at Angus & Coote Southland was appalling from start to finish. I purchased a pair of earrings that were faulty the moment I got them home due to a defective clasp. The issue was identified immediately and the earrings were never worn. I returned to the store the very next day. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I would like to clarify the original salesperson who served me was lovely and helpful but it was my experience coming back to this store that left a sour taste in my mouth. I purchased a necklace for my partner that broke after only 2 wears - obviously we were both upset as I had spent a large amount of money on it.
