Had an amazing experience with Lyn helping myself and my fiancé pick out our jewellery for our wedding! Was very patient and helpful while we picked out our jewellery and being able to order in my fiancé ring as they didn’t have his size in stock. Thank you so much Lyn ☺️

While the staff are helpful and pleasant I do not recommend that you use their watch repair service, which despite having purchased the watch from this store, has so far taken 6 weeks and still waiting, with a slightly different story at each enquiry. That a large business like Angus and Coote seem to think this is acceptable is unbelievable. It has not only been a massive inconvenience but I am beginning to wonder if I'll ever see my watch again.
