I bought a gold chain from this gift shop a few months ago. The chain broke, so I returned it for repair. After picking it up and signing the receipt, I wore it, and within a month it changed color. When I went back, they insisted the chain had been switched and didn’t accept any responsibility. I trusted them and I just signed the receipt, but the chain I received after the repair was not real gold, and the way they spoke to me was quite disappointing. I just want to share my experience.
My partner and I choose my engagement ring with them. The staff is very helpful and super friendly, all of them! Quality of the ring is great! We'll be definetly be coming back for our wedding bands!
Went to purchase a necklace I was previously told was on sale until the END of December only to be greeted by a sales lady who didn’t appear to want to be serving anyone & was pretty rude who advised me that the sale ended on Sunday 29th Dec. Needless to say they’ll never get a cent off me in this lifetime. And I’ll spend a couple of grand somewhere that wants some money and provides Customer service with a bit of a smile.
I went today to get a JAG watch and was served Straight away by one of the staff called Melissa. She was efficient, quick and helpful with what I wanted. She was friendly and helped with everything I needed in a quick amount of time. Thank you Melissa for your customer service.
