Came in on a busy day (before Christmas so as expected) and two younger girls, one with brown hair and one with black hair, left out on the floor serving alone. Eventually 2 other older ladies come out of the back room and walk straight out of the store even while busy. I understand needing a break but leaving together and during a time of high demand seems unprofessional.
I am a regular customer of Angus & Coote. Recently I bought 2 watches together to gift someone and unfortunately I have to return one of the watch within 1- 2 hours of purchase when I went back to the store and ask the staff for the return and refund the staff told me they dont have refund policy. If the store does not have a refund policy, it is typically expected that this information should be clearly communicated at the point of sale.
