If I could give 1 star I would. This is the third time I have gone in to purchase and I cannot get served. I get ignored and left waiting 20 mins til I just walk out. . I had something on hold to purchase but couldn’t get served so now I won’t be buying.

I was served by the beautiful lady named Katie. She provided me with quality customer service and had amazing product knowledge and advice! Naomi was great too! Such an awesome team!
Came in on a busy day (before Christmas so as expected) and two younger girls, one with brown hair and one with black hair, left out on the floor serving alone. Eventually 2 other older ladies come out of the back room and walk straight out of the store even while busy. I understand needing a break but leaving together and during a time of high demand seems unprofessional.
