Waiting outside the store for our drink and we were also looking at the jewellery. The lady said rudely “can you move it’s a business” there is no law that you can’t wait outside a store and we were moving out of the way if anyone wanted to look at the jewellery. Doesn’t hurt to be nice and there is always a better way to say things.
I had a very pleasant shopping experience and would highly recommend Angus and Coote in Hurstville. In particular, their manager Linda provided outstanding customer service! Her product knowledge and passion for all that sparkles really stands out.
The staff there always greets you with a smile whether you're just browsing or planning to buy something. Went in just to browse but saw a ring that I liked. The staff working informed me the item was going on sale soon and when I should return. 10/10 service. Great experience!!
