I bought an Elite watch and was told it was water resistant and safe for hand washing, but it stopped working after only washing my hands. When I returned to the store to explain the issue, the manager refused to accept responsibility, stating that she was not present when it was sold and was not there when the water got inside. I got the watch but it was too tight and I asked the lady that I didn’t open it and you can see but I want big size she refused it and said No exchange but the behaviour of the lady was not good she couldn’t convince me because she gave the wrong size watch. I will never buy from this shop because of her behaviour
Just wanted to say Niv is an amazing sales person he gave me a wonderful customer service helped me bought a necklace
Monica was very helpful with fantastic customer service skills she made me feel very welcome with coming in the store just before closing time to change a pair of earring I had bought earlier in the day. Monica is an asset to this company.
Don't buy from this shop they are so rude on the customer and they dont know how to do customer service!
