Amy the manager assisted me approx 3 months ago with getting an old ring repaired, the ring wasnt very expensive but had a lot of sentimental value to me.Amy was so kind to help me find the ring from past catalogues and assist in its repair! Even though the reviews are not great for this place I managed to get a good watch here had a good price. The young lady who helped me was friendly and competent and I have no complaints. It is conveniently situated near the food court and they have a fair range of stock for a small jeweler.
I bought a seiko watch from them and their service and help was faultless… great friendly team… well done .. I would go back without hesitation
It’s all good until you have a problem or ask for a refund. Bought a watch and decided I wanted another one instead so I went back to get it replaced. They accused me of leaving the store wearing the watch when I didn’t, and the staff made me feel as I was wasting their time. Also they said they couldn’t refund it which is awful for a $600 watch.
