Honestly atrocious service. I had a gift card and wanted to get a simple watch. The old lady who served me was frustrated that I wanted to try a few and was indecisive. That is literally your job lady. Then she incorrectly measured how many links to remove to size the watch, and huffed and puffed when I asked for it to be fitted properly. Worst experience ever. Literally ruined my day. I would give 0 if I could.
During my recent visit to this store in search of a wedding ring, the manager Soula provided invaluable assistance, helping me choose the perfect ring within my budget. The service was outstanding, and I was delighted with the ring selection. I strongly recommend this store for its impressive jewelry collection at competitive prices.
