The product at this store is of good quality, but unfortunately, I can’t overlook the consistently poor attitude of one particular staff member ‘SUZY’. Every time I’ve visited, her rude and unhelpful behavior has been the same, making the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Rude and unprofessional staff, with the phone always off the hook and impossible to get in touch with. Go to Macquarie Park or Miranda store.
Consistently fantastic service & the staff are knowledgeable, professionalism & a pleasure to deal with.
Charmaine is a professional whom provides exceptional service. There is a young lady there who is nice and helpful too. When you have the above ladies you are happy to return to keep buying. Thank you for my fabulous purchases Charmaine, I am wearing the earrings now.
