I bought a 9 carat gold " tree of life" ring 2 years ago and only wore it on special occasions, so I was shocked when I put it on my finger and few weeks ago and found a hole in the ring. I took it to the store and was told by a staff member that the ring would have to be sent to their jeweller to be assessed and they would ring me after 2 weeks with the results!!! Sophie really helped me find what I wanted!! Was extremely patient with me. I witnessed her manager be quite rude with her and felt extremely bad as she was just doing her job. I will go back only for her service.

Went today and bought a ring service was wonderful and the assistant was very helpful, we purchased from them last year and was very happy with the service then also.

I bought my first tennis bracelet, which was super exciting and a big decision for me! I was served by Madina who was so patient with me, showed me all my options and explained all the details to me. (E.g the difference between lab grown and natural diamonds, clarity of different diamonds etc.) and just such a nice person to chat with in general. She made sure to check several times how many diamonds will be taken off for my wrist size, just in case! Will definitely be back for my next jewellery purchase :)
