Friendly and helpful staff
Very rude lady at Doncaster Shoppingtown
Spend quite a bit of time in this store looking at and trying on all the different rings. All the staff were extremely patient and helpful! I’m super happy my ring I ended up with and they helped me resize it as well! Overall a great experience, thank you to the team at Angus & Coote Doncaster.
I have never written a negative review as it affect people’s businesses but I am genuinely shocked and disappointed with the service here today. A younger lady kindly helped me choose a pair of studs and we noticed there is a diamond missing on a pair of cluster diamond earrings. She went to an elderly lady who works there to inspect and was told to inform me that it was part of the design.
