Wonderful service received from Angus and Coote Melton. Very helpful service from the sales assistants who are so nice thank you☺️
So rude, went in and no greeting at all. Two ladies were working, and I waited about 3 minutes still no response so just walked out. Would be nice just to say "hi, we'll be with you in a moment". So many nice and friendly people locally need jobs, yet they have the most rude people in customer service.
Extremely Poor service ,I dropped my partners necklace in on the 26 th of March ,was told 2 to 4 weeks for the repair, just rang melton store they now tell me it only got to the repairers yesterday,23/4/24,so another 4 weeks ,Angus and coote if you can't warranty your product with some service Dont sell it..
Went in on 23/03/2024. Ticket price for the pendant as per in the showcase was $189 or $ 199. When about to pay was told straight away it is $249 so if you dont wanna go with it i would have to put the pendant back in the showcase. Waste of time.
I was served today by Heather, who made me feel like an inconvenience from the second I stepped foot in the store. Very rude. I wanted to use my care plan, and was informed there was no balance left on this. News to me! This was never told to me when I purchased the ring. I purchased a 10 year care plan and we are only 3 years in! Why would I purchase a 10 year care plan if I knew the plan was only valid up to the price I paid for the item?
