Fantastic customer service by Jolanta very happy to show a variety of items and was so patient very rare you get such customer service. The items purchased were birthday presents and made his day.
Went there for a new Seiko diver. Very professional staff, let me take my time and try all the models, friendly and easy to talk to. Plus thank you for measuring my ring size when I asked. Thank you and will come again.
Today the guy in store was so rude. I had to get MKs watch fixed that I bought from this store and immediately said once its bought you have to go somewhere else now! Like really? I was shocked! There is Nepali girl as well shes quite nice but this guy and other lady today had no clue how to talk to people. Never going back to store again anymore.
