Order a piece of jewellery as it has to be made 4-6 weeks , waited and it came but wrong specifications as to what i ordered, yellow gold i wanted but white gold is what came. Now have to wait another 4-6weeks . Stupid causing unnecessary delays.
Yesterday my about to be husband and I picked up his wedding ring, very disappointed to get home to see that no receipt was given or a certificate of validation.
Brilliant customer service. After going to several jewellry stores and ignored by most, we were greeted with kindness and sincerity. Given options for our purchase and felt heard not rushed. Highly recommend !
I’ve lived in Australia my whole life, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, even though I remained completely polite throughout. Worst experience ever!! I would advise people not to even go close to the store. Rude staff, unprofessional behaviour, unethical and major lack of respect towards customers. There was this one asian or may be nepali lady who was dealing with me was terrible, she kept rushing throughout the process saying are store will get busy. She was being judgemental throughout, I confronted her and she started yelling on top of her voice at my face. Plz save your time and go to some other store.
